I’ve had this battle before-not necessarily with dating but with social engagements in general The Dichotomy of Tinder One thing that I have come to realize is that everyone is different and multifaceted in such interesting ways! I knew that on a surface level, of course, but recognizing that everyone I’ve talked to has their own struggles, triumphs, and learning experiences is a humbling experience. Contrasted with the application of the Tinder app, this makes for an interesting dichotomy of split-decision shallowness and potential long-term discovery. Simply put, you are meeting so many people in such a short amount of time it puts you in the unique position of knowing people on both a superficial and deep level. How odd. Day 9 & 10: Rescheduling It was a hard decision for me because I hate letting people down, and I hate not doing what I say I’m going to do.
